Amarillas and Winter outside
It's the time of year for the blossoms inside to keep the color which is no longer outside....I am enjoying the snow outside....and always the flowers inside... oil on canvas 24x24" & 20x24"

I can really feel the snow outside those windows. Especially in the first one.
These things are really tricky....some times they come back and sometimes they give up....they are supposed to have a dormant time...in the dark? anyway they eventually give up ....so I get new ones!! And yes it really is freezing outside....

Brr.
I have kept my amaryllis alive for three years now, but it will not bloom any more.
I think I must ditch it.
