To The Lighthouse

well it was quite a day with the gulls crying and diving to keep us from their young hatchlings....but I persevered ,hung in there, kept painting..this was the first study since the light had been rebuilt and the color of the trim had been changed to white after 100 years of red? anyway I sat in the sand painting...and had a wonderful time of it....22x30" watercolor on 140lb hot pressed Arche paper

I think you should do posters and notecards.

And those gulls should show better sense. Don't they read The New Yorker?

Don't they want to be better than your average bird brain, and be on the cover?
